Purchases and refunds

Updated: September 24, 2026

Eight full puzzles are included for free. Picparo Complete permanently unlocks all 48 additional pictures across six worlds with one purchase – €3.99 one-time in Germany. No subscription or ads. Your store shows the price for your country.

Restore a purchase

A Picparo login is not required to buy or restore. Use “Restore purchases” with the same Apple or Google store account used for the original purchase. Deleting app data or an account from an older app version does not remove the purchase either.

Request a refund

Only a refund or revocation verified by Apple or Google can remove the unlock.
