Accessibility

Updated: September 23, 2026

This website provides information about the Picparo app. We voluntarily aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

What we have done

  • All links, buttons and the menu work with a keyboard, and the focus is clearly visible.
  • A “Skip to content” link leads straight to the main content.
  • Images have text alternatives in the page language; purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Text has sufficient contrast against its background.
  • Pages can be read from a width of 320 px without horizontal scrolling.
  • The website plays no videos or sounds, and animations are switched off when your system is set to reduce motion.
  • Every page declares its language, and the language switch is part of the navigation.
  • The mini puzzle also announces the number of differences found to screen readers.

Known limitations

  • The spot-the-difference game itself relies on seeing the differences. This also applies to the mini puzzle on this website; there is no equivalent non-visual version.
  • We have tested with automated tools (axe-core) and by hand with a keyboard. A full test with screen readers is still pending.
  • The App Store and Google Play pages are not under our control. The app itself is not covered by this page.
